Yes, I have another simple script to read the translated .xliff file and outputs a JSON as key-value.

'use strict'

const fs = require('fs')
const xml2js = require('xml2js')

const parseString = xml2js.parseString
const chunks = []
const hashMap = {}

process.stdin.on('data', chunk => chunks.push(chunk))
process.stdin.on('end', () => {
  const str = Buffer.concat(chunks).toString()

  parseString(str, (error, result) => {
    if (error) throw error

    result.xliff.file[0].unit.forEach(unit => {
      hashMap[unit.$.id] = unit.segment[0].target[0]
    })

    process.stdout.write(JSON.stringify(hashMap, null, 2) + '\n')
  })
})

Example:

<xliff xmlns="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:2.0" version="2.0" srcLang="en" trgLang="de">
  <file id="f1">

    <unit id="welcome">
      <notes><note>A welcome message.</note></notes>
      <segment state="translated">
        Welcome
        <target>Wilkommen</target>
      </segment>
    </unit>

    <unit id="login">
      <notes><note>The label for the login button</note></notes>
      <segment state="translated">
        Login
        <target>Einloggen</target>
      </segment>
    </unit>

  </file>
</xliff>
$ node scripts/XliffToJSON.js < de.xliff
{
  "welcome": "Wilkommen",
  "login": "Einloggen"
}

Then just copy / paste it into your <lang>.js file (or improve the script to write directly to a file ;) )
