Is your project a Rails app? If so, is it version 2.x or 3.x? The newest version is for 3.x which AFAIK requires rspec 2.x. The 0.6 branch/gem is for Rails 2.x compatibility. I just pushed the 0.6.3 gem to rubygems so please use that or start using the 0.6 branch for Rails 2.x and RSpec 1.x use.

Yes, it's a rails app running the latest stable version (2.3.8). I think you're right that the 3.x series is going to rely on RSpec 2.x. Thanks for clarifying! I'll use ~> 0.6.3 in my gem dependency until we make the switch.

Cheers

Yeah, I should probably add a helpful message about this in the code that gets issued when Rails 2.x is detected...
