Build now hook does not find Git projects using Multiple SCMs plugin about jenkins-gitlab-hook-plugin HOT 5 CLOSED

Hi @adamdougal, I believe this might be related to https://github.com/elvanja/jenkins-gitlab-hook-plugin/blob/master/models/values/project.rb#L87. Essentially, hook matches and triggers build only for Git projects, and obviously Multiple SMCs plugin is not directly Git.

Ah ok, I thought that might be the case. Is this something you would consider to extend this to work with the Multiple SCM plugin? If not then no worries. Thanks

Well, I guess it could be done.
But I am not finding the time to do other work, so this will be a bit of a "do whenever you find the time" so I can't make any promises :-)
If you feel like experimenting with it yourself, I'd be happy to give a hand!

As a workaround, could you do a dummy job that checks something out from your git repo and then as a post build task builds your Multi SCM plugin?
