Sending notification to authors about pocre HOT 3 CLOSED

The notification options:

1. via web push notification has an active user of any stage (it is web mobile and web desktop notification)
2. via email when the user has this information in the wallet
3. via SMS could be an option for 4 stars wallet users (but to evaluate the costs)
4. via crypto transaction (for registered users) but there are more cons than pros

To recap the type of registered users based on their wallet reputation:
not user -> No notification (when the creator invites someone external to the application)
0 stars -> Web Push notification (you have to use the browser)
1 star -> + Email
2 stars -> same
3 stars -> same
4 stars -> + SMS (to consider)
5 stars -> same

There are a few solutions for notification, we want at this stage to go for the easy and cheap to implement, but also with everything integrated (email, web push, SMS).
I found these services:

  Feel free to suggest something else if you believe is better (explain why).
  Solutions like https://aws.amazon.com/sns/ are cheap on the volume offered but there is too much custom work to do on the setup and tuning.

We implemented the invitation via email for not registered users.
However, is still missing the notification of any other action (like litigation started, recognition, etc) on the webpage side (like a bell notification) and via email as well.

At the moment the users don't know anything of what happened to their (co)creation, unless browsing every single page of the app. We need a notification tool to solve it (on the web and email side).
