[Agent] Add geo metadata to agents on enrollement about elastic-agent HOT 9 OPEN

@ph I saw you added this to 7.10. Are you thinking of standalone mode or fleet? For Fleet, would this work with a YAML input box or would we need form fields for the initial version?

We support the user to give user_provided metadata during the enrollment. (@michalpristas I do not know if it's used in the agent currently?)

But currently we do not support to use metadata variable in the agent policy, also currently the agent policy is the same for all the agent so replacing variable Kibana side will potentially have a huge performance impact.

I think, user_provided meta data would be OK for filtering. @blakerouse I think you had an idea for the host metata and I believe you have created an issue?

This came initially out of a discussion with uptime (elastic/uptime#251) and we figured this could be a more generic use case. I'm wondering on where the priority is on this from the synthetics side @andrewvc ?

There are also potentially alternative solutions to the above problem which could be more generic like adding metadata to Elastic Agents in the Fleet UI which could be a first step in the right direction. But then a solution like synthetics could not rely on it.
