This would only work if they had an output of change go back to their wallet which we can't guarantee. In 2 more releases we'll be adding UI to allow users to specify their own sat/byte fee. This would let you do the equivalent of CPFP by sweeping an entire wallet into a new address and paying a much higher fee manually. Sorry, no UI for this at this point as most of our work is in the major refactor for the new app (3.0).
