The equal lon-lat grid generated by const dx, dy.

If you want a RegularLonLat grid (equal lon-lat), which is global, then use following.
For instance a 1/1 degree grid would have nx=360 and ny=181.

auto grid = atlas::Grid("L360x181");

The atlas-grids executable may help you to understand it as well:
