Support completion provided by xsd about lemminx HOT 4 CLOSED

A lot of things to fix, improve but open of completion starts working (with pom.xml) case:

Yes sure, but it's an long task.

WTP/XML Editor uses CMModel interfaces to manages XSD, DTD both if I remember. WTP/XML Editor uses org.eclipse.xsd for that which is based on EMF to manage completion, etc I think it's not very light.

I think we should use Xerces XSModel to load the Schema and manage completion on this model.

To do that we need to create DTDDocument, etc like XSD https://github.com/angelozerr/lsp4xml/tree/master/extensions/org.eclipse.lsp4xml.contentmodel/src/main/java/org/eclipse/lsp4xml/contentmodel/xsd which implements CMDocument (same idea than WTP)
