Client configured SAXParser was not setup to correctly report
namespace info. Adding this line to the client fixed the issue:

spf.setNamespaceAware(true);

The RI wasn't handling this error gracefully so we modified the
SAXUnmarshallerHandler so that it is a little more forgiving in
these cases.

The related test case submitted by [email protected] appears
to be something different, so I'll open a new issue for that.
