installation issue about puppet-graphite HOT 2 CLOSED

From the puppet apply --help documentation

EXAMPLE

    $ puppet apply -l /tmp/manifest.log manifest.pp
    $ puppet apply --modulepath=/root/dev/modules -e "include ntpd::server"
    $ puppet apply --catalog catalog.json

For your specific needs something like sudo puppet apply --modulepath=/vagrant/modules/ -e "include graphite" should do the trick, where you actually have the module locally.
