Focus selects nested LI about jquery-autocomplete HOT 1 CLOSED

That looks sensible, although a bit slower.

I'm thinking of ding a major update to make the HTML output match
Bootstraps Typeahead CSS, which would result in
ul > li > a and the corresponding HTML markup.

I'll see about implementing your fix before that. Thanks!

In your current implementation, selection of LI finds all the LI's in the result DOM, instead of just the highest level ones, used specifically for autocomplete. Consequently, any nested LI gets "selected" and forces the user to press the up/down keys for each of these items.

My solution was to replace all three occurrences of: $('li', this.dom.$results) with $('>ul>li', this.dom.$results).
