@taziobaker thanks for getting in touch. please use V.2 of the tutorial. you appear to be viewing V1.
As for what you need to change in the sheet script: _only_ the email address. (leave everything else as it is...)

Yes, the file was moved for V2 of the tutorial.
Please put feature requests in separate issue(s) so they can be discussed individually. (But in principal, yes)

These feature requests are now in #58 & #7, respectively.

For step 1, you can keep the extra code, and the email sending will function as expected. Steps 13+ will utilize the spreadsheet storing later on.
