See if I can use dconf to allow users to set preferred terminal about boxbuddyrs HOT 5 CLOSED

$ dconf write /org/gnome/boxbuddy/default-terminal "'kgx'"

$ dconf read /org/gnome/boxbuddy/default-terminal
'kgx'

TODO:

• structs for each terminal, with a Nice Name, Exec Name, Separator Arg
• way of mapping the dconf strings to the term structs
• read from the dconf string and use it as the first attempt at which in get_terminal_and_separator_arg, if not found do the usual downward brute-force stuff
• add gettext to all the menu items
