It should be able to see all non-rootful containers.

Hm, I am not sure how this happened in the first place as well.
Looking at the code as it is running distrobox list
it should have had found the old ones.
And no I have no root full containers around.
After I restored my environment and created a new container it is now listed in BoxBuddy.
I suspect something was after already broken on my environment and I did not noticed earlier which in the end might also have cause the font cache issue reported here #19
