Well, there is a problem with fixing this. The current directory of the fcsh 
process
can't be changed depending of the directory from which fcshd.py is invoked after
having the server process running. Which means that every path will always be
interpreted as relative to the directory from which you ran fcshd.py the first 
time.

My personal solution is to always use absolute path from my build scripts. But 
I'm
still open to suggestions on how to make it friendlier to use (hopefully without
parsing every fcsh command looking for relative paths)
