Just want to add a little more information. I see the answer in another post saying that the TensorFlow 1.14 is required which means that we need to use python 3.7 or older, does it correct? Currently I am using python 3.8, is this the issue here? Thanks!

Sorry you’re having issues, we’ve never seen this before.
The Python versioning could be it. We have only tested up to TF 1.14 and Python 3.7.

Thank you for your reply Brenden! Just one more quick question, I see that you have tested this on UNIX and OSX. I was wondering can it work on the Windows? Thanks!

Hi, we have not tested on Windows. There may be some additional installation challenges there.

Thanks Brenden. Just want to add my two cents here, I tried it on a Windows 10 and it works fine.
