Only had to add checks to dashboard and statistics page.
Added global warning on every page when no data is found at all. This can be extended in #45 by listing all settings on a status page, and refer to it.

Mistakenly committed in master, but tests pass anyway. I'll have some tests added to verify that views without data won't crash.

Done, deployed. This was the last ticket for this milestone, so I'll have both a release tag and stable pointer created.
