Steps:

1. Frame-select cell B1 to add new data for verification
2. Export directly without entering content in the cell.
3. After importing the table, insert a column in cell B1
4. Observe the scope of application within data verification

Expected behavior

Is it expected that the application scope will not change when the column is added to B1?

Actual behavior

When adding column B1, the application scope is displayed as C1
