When I was writing this issue I had another idea: we can just use our regular allocator but just call madvise on the first page of the range before returning the stack pointer. We could call madvise/IORING_OP_MADVISE during the allocation and deallocation flow using a regular allocator.

I would prefer to see preallocated memory for stacks and reuse it for fibers without deallocation. In this case, we will not have any system calls (new calls only if we create more fibers)

At the end, merged the clib malloc based allocation for fiber stacks that uses 4KB pages.
