mingxunc, did you solve your problem? I have the same problem with dragon bones animation( everything is ok on desktop Safari, Firefox, Chrome, on the iOS ( iPad, iPhone ), but on Android default browser a have very strange "jogging" )

PS I am using createjs + dragonbones for typescript ( https://github.com/DragonBones/DragonBonesJS )
