这个属于已知问题，但是目前没有较完美的解决方案。
如果网络极不稳定，我们的建议做法是提示用户网络不稳定很难继续播放。

相比官方sdk里的，拖动播放确实反映慢了许多
不知道是不是跟具体流的格式有关，如果能解决这个问题就完美了
