Codefix: generate contents of GetX about reflectionanalyzers HOT 4 CLOSED

We add missing binding flags now.

Also, no binding flags warning is given here where the type is unknowable to the analyzer, but it's still important to make the user pick them (maybe fix to Public | Static | Instance to keep the same behavior but make it explicit):

ownerType.GetMethod(nameof(CreateViewModel), new[] { typeof(Type), dictionaryType })

I wrote it like this to filter out so that we only warn when we are sure. We will handle more cases. You can create an issue about that case so that we remember it, it should have high priority.
