constructorInfo.Invoke(new object[] { new object[0] })
Or
constructorInfo.Invoke(new object[] { null })

Easier to see if you name the argument:

constructorInfo.Invoke(parameters: new object[] { new object[0] })
constructorInfo.Invoke(parameters: new object[] { null })

None of the parameters parameters are declared as params because that can be ambiguous.
