I'm working on this now. I should have something reasonably working / publishing (but probably to a temporary feed for the moment), by the first part of next week.

@chcosta We need to do this (and also enable CI testing) before we move more tools to this repo, so that we have drops available and can update repos that depend on these tools to their new names, versions and feeds.

Completely agree. This is high on my priority list and I intend to start on this before eow. Once we're publishing arcade we can stop publishing the corresponding packages out of build tools (or wherever).
