@oarrietadotcms I just committed the html for the edit view in case you are ready to start working on this. I still have to work on styles, but I'll check with you before committing any additional changes.

@oarrietadotcms you can access the edit dialog from the main view now. I kept getting conflicts with the constructor for dotcms.dijit.form.HostFolderFilteringSelect, so I couldn't make that field work. That should not get in your way until you start working on the json file that will store the relationship between IdPs and dotCMS sites.
