As per commit 72464f3, we've added early support for the 2013 Mac Pro. Currently power management is still broken (namely no idle clock speed), however otherwise machine is mostly functional.
0.5.1 should add support MacPro6,1, and subsequent releases will hopefully improve upon the remaining quirks.
Currently the following need resolving:
- CPU Power Management
- Low Power Mode
- GPU Encode/Decode (related to overall Legacy GCN support for Macs)
- AppleTV+ rendering issues

Low power mode has been resolved with the latest commit: c414c9c
Closing issue as MacPro6,1 specific issues have finally been resolved. For graphics, see general legacy Metal issues
