It won't read gz data. Can you screenshot the error you see when opening the. .csv?
Thanks! It's actually the same error message, whether i try a csv or gz.
Mind you I am a novice so there might be a very simple step I am missing...

If you open your .csv file in a text editor what is on the first line? If it's not a number you need to remove it and save it. Be careful not to edit the file with Excel, because Excel will corrupt the tweet IDs since it is unable to work with numbers as large as tweet identifiers.
