If we want 4.2 we will need to manual config from tar ball. Wheezy has a RT package, looks like it's 4.0. Not sure what TKL devs like to install from source or from package. Package would be easier but if we want the latest we would need to install from source

I started a branch using the tkl-lapp as a start, and added the 4.0 package to the plan. Branch name dev-wip-lapp-rt40
