After checking this resource, it appears I wrongly thought the offset was supposed to be formatted as minutes:seconds.milliseconds, but turns out it's just millis. I have updated the script. Let me know if you have any more issues.

@doakey3 could you convert the offset to an int? In my opinion it makes more sense than a string and would make it very easier to calculate with. A default value of 0 would avoid none type checks
