Hello, checking the pan_pa220 variable content, it has UserObject tag in it, do you know how that one was created?

It seems all data define inside UserObject appears as that node data:

I ungrouped the object and made background for UserObject to be red to make it more noticeable.

I would suggest to use style of the last mxCell and set data attributes directly on the node when you are creating it e.g.:
