I see you used wrong path here. It's a path to plugin-sdk templates folder.

D:\Users\David Trindade\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Plugin-SDK

You need to replace D:\Projects\plugin-sdk\ with a path to plugin-sdk repo folder on your disc.

I replace the lines as you have said but I did not understand how visual studio will get the files in a new project if in the folder there are only .rar files with no .h or something like that inside them. I tried to copy the files from the "plugin-sdk-master" folder but the visual studio apparently did not recognize it, so I removed the files and left as it was to continue with the instructions that you guys will pass me.
