Hi!

The reason PARLER_ENABLE_CACHING has effect in your unit tests, is likely because you recreate the objects with the same PK each time, so the tests reuse the caching of the previous run. If you clear the cache, this isn't happening.

In the following statement, adding .language() doesn't have any effect:

TestBlob.objects.language("en").create(name="english")

However, I've added support for that, because that looks really nice as API. :)

Does your error still occur with the latest version? There have been some changes in the caching support.

I confirm this bug using django-parler 1.2.1; adding translations doesn't make them land on the SQLite backend, at all.
