Please update the project so that it runs straight out of the box about disruptor-net HOT 5 CLOSED

Hi,

1. 2. I think default project and command line arguments are user specific settings in VS, so it won't be part of the files checked-in. BTW I'll check that.
2. I'll have a look at this one

Please feel free to fork and send a pull request for fix/improvements.
