Fixed.
About geyser issues - as for now I don't know how to fix them

yes it's does fix the crafting and inventory shift + click item
but in chest, furnance etc it doesn't

From my testing - chests are working correctly. Shift-clicking in furnaces was introduced in 1.2.5
Looks like you're not running latest DMV on your server.
