I had a successful deployment initially and then a failure. To fix it I had to run:
kubeadm config images pull --kubernetes-version=1.11.1
before kubeadm init on the master in krib-config-clone.sh.tmpl.
Now working fine. Seems like allowing the user to specify the version in a parameter would be nice to allow people to run both legacy and edge versions.

@zehicle The krib live cluster is working now on the tip release. Can't confirm the krib-install-cluster due to an unrelated issue. Thanks for your help, this seems fixed.
