CSI didn't check whether the volumeHandle ID is duplicate about csi-digitalocean HOT 2 CLOSED

It seems like you're trying to reuse an existing volume and want to attach a single volume to multiple pods. First of all I'm not sure this is applicable, because you're using a Deployment, so your pods could end up in different nodes. Our driver only supports ReadWriteOnce, which means the volume can be mounted only on a single node.

Second, the CSI plugin doesn't create any pods, we only take care of creating and attaching actions. In your case, because you're reusing an existing volume, what left is attaching the volume. So do you mean, that attachment should fail in this case? I would be happy if you could share more details on what you want to achieve.
