Thanks for reaching out! I will answer each point below:

the time picker is not working correctly. Cant grab the pointer to get my value and sometimes I cant change any value without reason.
We are unable to understand how and when are you facing this issue. Can you please share a demo link for us to understand the issue better? -
By the first loading, the selected time is not white colored. (Example: Datetimepicker in Modal)
