Try with something like this:

import io.codearte.jfairy.Fairy
import io.codearte.jfairy.producer.person.PersonProperties

Fairy fairy = Fairy.create(Locale.forLanguageTag("en"))
Person customPerson = fairy.person(PersonProperties.telephoneFormat("0###########"))
println customPerson.fullName() + " : " + person.telephoneNumber()

Result:
