如果我沒搞錯的話，這版本使用的是 Plurk API 1.0
而現在 Plurk API 2.0 已經改透過 oAuth 認證了
所以不會有 API Key ，取而代之的是 oAuth 認證的 APP Key、APP 
Secret 及使用者同意授權後取得的 Access Token 和 Access Secret
而 API 1.0 的 API Key 
已經停止申請了(舊的能不能繼續使用我並沒去測試)
