A note that the pumps game (The London Pub) seems to work now. However, getting the correct order did not provide a reward.

I found same issue with the pumps in the Irish pub, where the reward does not pop up. UPDATE BELOW*
Playing on PS3, OFW, 4.90, NA.
I copied these combos from a Youtube where they successfully got the reward afterward, a shamrock foam hat. Possibly just the last combo is needed though.

Update: I logged in the next day and got the Shamrock Foam Hat - Male. There is a female version also, possibly not in the database yet. But the Irish pub's taps do give a reward now.
