Hi, unfortunately I have no idea why your device is being so stubborn. I've had 100% success with any old ARMv7 Android device I've come across, except for these Galaxy Tab devices.

Let's see if anyone out there can offer some suggetions... meefik/linuxdeploy#1300

The only other thing I can come up with is you may need to install the LineageOS su
Not something I've done before so can't offer any guidance unfortunately, short of this link I googled.

I am going to spin-up a new Linux Deploy image to address this issue. Give me a couple of days to sort you out.

Based on the troubleshooting we did in the other thread, this tablet is refusing to work with 32-bit CentOS, but it DOES seem to work fine on ARM64, so I can base a new Pi-hole image on that and you should be good to go.

Hello here i am again. I succsessfully Flashed Lineage 16 OS on my Tablet. 🤓 After endless Sitelookings i did it lol. Oooff it was hard xD I say it to everyone who reads this ^^ Tab s2 is horrible to flash for people like with me with zero experience on Linux and Androidmodding thingys lol.... no Fastboot per stock, Selinux lock. Had to combine 3 or 4 Guides to did it haha.

But now the install procsess for the Pi-Hole is failing on the finish line with Segment errors ^^

I hope that the error is not so fatal like the first with the locked enforced in Kernel. 🤣

And the other Thing: When you need full remote access just say it, have nothing important thingys on the Tablet, i used before for it for little Youtube/Twitch relax or gaming with my best Friend, also when you want to full inspect it, then its ok. 👍

Hello, have very good news! It's work! And exremly gold too! 👍 I Thank you sooo much for helping and patience With me! It blocks even 90% of the YouTube app Ads for me. But a little Warning: Don't get crazy with 10k blocklistentries ^^ it will crash your Tablet and then you have to reinstall it xD Here some pictures :)
