Hi, your device may be ARM64 only (like Apple Silicon and some other higher-end ARM processors) so the 64-bit Debian image may work for you.
In the Pi Deploy container options the image URL is:
https://github.com/DesktopECHO/Pi-hole-for-Android/releases/download/v3.0.2/raspbian.tgz
Change this to:
https://github.com/DesktopECHO/linuxdeploy-images/releases/download/v1.0/raspbian64.tgz
...and redeploy.
If this doesn't work, it may be because of Samsung Knox and you'll need a de-Knox'ed stock ROM or LineageOS.

Thanks but it doesn't work.
I flash Knox Remover so i don't know if it's Knox.
I think i'm gonna flash LineageOS but do you know what is the best version of LineageOS ?

Unfortunately I don't have that device so I can't say for certain.
Head over to XDA and pick a LineageOS ROM that looks like a good match for your device.
