It is in the default.css file (right at the bottom). What I did is a
workaround, what is there seems like it should work, but I'm not enough of
a Ruby expert to know right off hand why it doesn't and I don't have time
right now to track down how to fix it properly.

@devilmn073 sorry not seeing this issue. I had notifications disabled. Let me know if you still have this problem. It seems your asset pipeline was not working properly.
