The screenshots are from a pack. The pack's subtitle is currently only shown on its page when it's not an auction in the the default Web implementation (the "it's like putting..." text):
The NFT template's subtitle I think is currently not being used anywhere, going by the source code.
This just means the subtitles are (mostly) not used in the default Web implementation, but may be used in other implementations. Not sure if we wanna change this and remove the subtitles altogether or clarify this somewhere.

I believe they're also shown in the collectible browser, when you're cycling through your collectibles in the full screen takeover.
