The language server periodically sends the 0 signal to the editor via this kill function. In 04c6785 everything works fine, but in c0f40ed this function throws an error with the value -22.

Here we go!
In 04c6785 there was a special treatment for signal 0, but in c0f40ed it has been removed. Also, signal 0 is not listed in constants.
So maybeSignal becomes undefined and function returns error.

So LSP server tries to send signal 0 to check if editor is alive. Deno sees signal 0 and does not know what to do and returns error. LSP server sees this error and thinks that editor is dead and happily exists.
