I've recategorized this one as a suggestion because it's a little sketchy to use packages from npm or jsr with --eval-file since --eval-file featches the content of the module and executes it as-is.

What should maybe happen with npm or jsr specifiers is that instead of executing the contents of the entrypoint inline (as --eval-file does), it should maybe instead do a dynamic import to the specifier, then create local variables of the exports of the module. In hindsight, I wish this is what --eval-file did all the time.
