Problems copying and pasting from MS Word about summernote-cleaner HOT 11 CLOSED

I'm looking at fixing issues with all the plugins in the next few days, as the development of AuroraCMS has gotten to the point that Summernote is the next step in fixing editing.

I especially feel that the childNodes are not in the same order as Chrome or FF ..

I just created a PR on the main repository that includes some fixes to help with some of my plugins, so I can tinker here, but until that PR is merged then the plugin won't be updated repository wise until then.
I'm about to check through open issues on the Summernote issue tracker to check for fixes that need to happen that could also be affecting plugins, particularly cleaner.
I'm also planning on have a look through how other editors are doing their importing of documents from various editors.

No progress on this? Additionally the HTML is inserted before any existing marking.

Hm, that is strange. Is this using the latest Summernote? I have a feeling something has been changed making this behaviour happen.

It looks like this is an issue with Summernote, as per this summernote/summernote#1964

Yeah, when it comes to regex things can get confusing real fast.

That may be something to look at in the Summmote Core API. Before I modify my plugins I had planned on fixing the ARIA/A11Y issues within Summernote and PR those.
