Add missing Crayola colors from Wikipedia page about gimp-palettes HOT 1 CLOSED

Thanks for the suggestion, sorry for taking so long.

I was reconsidering the huge Crayola palettes, and decided to go for many individual palettes instead. We can still build one huge palette, but I'm not sure that will be super-useful.

I also tried adding your suggested colors to the existing one, and then compared with a fresh list copy-pasted from wikipedia, and I found too many differences. There are likely small differences in RGB with the same name, or multiple names (updated names) with minor RGB differences. It also doesn't help that the RGB is just an approximation of the real-world color. Thus, I concluded that putting one huge palette is messy and not very useful.

Still feel free to submit a pull request with your own version of the palette.
