You can use authbind(http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/man1/authbind.1.html) for fix this problem

By Default responder start listener for following services
[+] Servers:
HTTP server [ON]
HTTPS server [ON]
WPAD proxy [OFF]
SMB server [ON]
Kerberos server [ON]
SQL server [ON]
FTP server [ON]
IMAP server [ON]
POP3 server [ON]
SMTP server [ON]
DNS server [ON]
LDAP server [ON]
We need root/sudo privilege to bind lower ports, so you can either run it as root or use need to use authbind mentioned by AndreyCHertckov to fix this issue.
