Unless I'm missing something, I don't think any of the jsonp/promises-combo examples from the docs work. Certainly the fail wont, as reqwest doesn't know if a script failed to load.

@ironsidevsquincy FYI: some browsers will fire the onload on a script even in a 404 or 500 scenario, and others will fire onerror. Also, if the JSON comes back malformed, you can detect that the load event happened, but the expected callback failed, and know of that failure (I use that technique in jXHR). But you're right that fail() will not be totally reliable cross-browser in the various error conditions.

Good point @getify, it is possible, just not with reqwest as is. Just threw me a bit seeing promise examples using jsonp. Might be worth updating the docs @ded to just show it working with standard json.
